The deluxe king room offers a wonderful experience with a diverse menu, walk-in shower, and jacuzzi. Its prime location near local attractions and grocery stores is a fantastic advantage.

Location: the hotel was not far from grocery store as well as the river / stream. Booked a room with magnificent views, and the staff were very friendly and hard-working people from the front doormen to the managers.

We enjoyed a separate bedroom that added to our comfort. the bathroom was a luxurious retreat, complete with terry dressing gowns and slippers. the location was fantastic and simply incredible, situated near Lake Louise, perfect for our skiing honeymoon in 1990. We appreciated the beautiful river and the charming bridge over the stream, which offered particularly nice views.

This venue is in a fantastic location with a shopping center and supermarket just a short walk away.

The standard room was updated and the bed was comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect for visiting the nearby Samson Native Gallery.

Wonderful Hotel with spacious rooms, excellent room service, and a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is excellent. The ambiance is comfortable and cozy, with a great gym and pool. Tea hour is a lovely experience.

The facilities at this hotel are fantastic, especially for those with physical handicaps. The pool, hot-tub, and sauna are all accessible and free of charge. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and equipped with a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. The excellent room service and delicious breakfast are definitely worth mentioning.

I had an exceptional stay at a rustic luxury hotel with a Swiss Chalet setting. The suite I was upgraded to had a spacious balcony and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. The staff was friendly and helpful, with a special shoutout to Lewis for his amazing service. The hotel is a hidden gem and the highlight of my trip. I highly recommend this hotel.
